From the middle of November to Now!! We have undergone a massive overhaul of our official website here at: www.ZeroDarkArt.com. We still have more fine tuning we are doing. With the express goal to ensure, that there is ease of use for current and future viewers of the site.
Getting Rid of Old Style or Old Net Web Features! There we were since 10/2023 (the first month we opened this new face website for public viewing. Still utilizing allot of web features and functions of what we call the old web of doing things. For example: Our former landing or Enter page, was like an old web way of doing things. With that classic < ENTER > Button. Now it's a small interactive menu for those that enter or are current viewers.
The skeleton of this website was refashioned from a former studio, that Dane DeBro (Founder/Owner of Zero Dark Art Studio & this site), once worked under. Zero Dark Art Studio took over that skeleton and foundation, back in 2020. Spending about 2.5 years removing all former branding from the old studio & music label. Then doing hours of .HTML and graphic design work in that period. In order to refashion it into the full blown house, that is Zero Dark Art Studio and this site. That work also included refashioning social media for the site. To also include graphics design for the brands we feature here. Busy. Busy. Busy!
We have also added an interactive menu that follows with you, as you search. So that you can jump across sections of the site easily and quickly. This menu, works on Computers and Pads. On phones? We have the classic three bars icon. Like every modern site.
Now for the best experience of searching our site on Mobile or even some model Pads. Just turn them sideways to get the exact experience computer viewers of our site experience. Our site is still best viewed, via computer or laptop, but just remember look at it sideways on smaller devices. Now on large Apple or Micro-soft Pads? You should have the same experience, as use via computer or laptop.
We Thank You! Allot of the changes, that were made. Came from viewer suggestions last year. We listen to our viewers, fans, and others and are open to constructive criticism. We feel, that's how we can also grow and create a better user experience. Besides? We are not doing this for our health. We do this to bring a new form of Indie entertainment. We feel the stories now and future ideas will be worth entertaining those that enjoy them.
We also spent many hours studying websites from late 2023 & 2024. Not mimicking them, but seeing what makes them flow smoothly, then designing our own way of doing things for our own house. We are striving early on and into the future. To bring a fast, smooth, and easy user experience.
More changes are coming… In the oncoming months. We have allot of changes about to take place within our Shop / Store section for the site. To include, within the Services section of the site and the Rules section. For now those sections are easy to maneuver, but we intend to make them even more simple to navigate.
